Do houses keep you cool in all the means… Yes, I have some of them which keeps you cool and relaxed in all the seasons. I came across the Auroville Earth Institute recently, they are the tedious people who makes houses that keeps you chill.
The so called CSEB (Compressed Stabilized Earthen Blocks) are the main source for this type of constructing of houses. These blocks are popularly known as E’blocks. The structure of the houses are so different and they are aesthetic and artistic. These blocks are eco-friendly and they are not plastered walls.
The domes and the vaults structure of these houses prove an immense work of these blocks. Mr. Satprem Maini who is the founder of this technology conducts training courses for architects and also to the who are interested in learning this art. He is the backbone of the Auroville Earth Institute.
